Participant Waiver
Players in consideration of being permitted to participate in any activities in connection with Ekciting VR, Inc., acknowledges the risks and hazards involved in and arising from attending, participating in or as spectators of or bystanders to any activities at Ekciting VR, Inc. included but not limited to the risks of falling, being hit by swinging or flying objects, or sensory discomfort and does for themselves and for their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and forever discharge Ekciting VR, Inc., their officers, members, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners, employees and their heirs, of any and all claims, demands, actions, or right of action, causes of action, accounts, debts, bonds, either in law or equity arising from or by reason of bodily injury, or personal injuries known or unknown, illnesses, even those resulting in death and/or property damage resulting from any accident which may occur as a result of participation or observation of events at Ekciting VR, Inc. or any activities in connection with Ekciting VR, Inc., whether by negligence or non-negligence from any, and all other incidents of harm and/or ill-will.
People with strobe or photo sensitivity or medical condition must use caution to avoid undesirable sensations.
Participant agrees to be held liable for damage or injury to real or personal property at Ekciting VR, Inc. through their negligence or willful destruction of the arcade, equipment, or other individuals in the space. They agree to be charged for equipment loss or damage following game session. This waiver will be held on file and will represent consent and agreement to this waiver for each time the participant is present at Ekciting VR, Inc. Each booth has video surveillance for the safety of the participants and Ekciting VR, Inc. Sample prices: Cable $50, Table $100, chairs $50, controllers $150, Headset $250, Computer $1000-1500, and TV $ 168
Participants agree that Ekciting VR, Inc. or any of its assign’s has exclusive rights to any photo, video, recording and audio footage of me or my likeness during my visit to Exciting VR, Inc. in perpetuity.
